Disclaimer Accessory Fitting Guide

All our accessories are easy to install for anyone with average DIY skills,  and correct tools. Installing our  accessories may invalidate manufactures  guarantee and craft  functionality etc,do not open hatches on open water,  incorrect fitting may cause damage.  H2o kayaks (H2o Kayaks Ltd) will not be held liable for any problems or issues that arise from the fitting of our   accessories supplied by us, the above is a guide sizes etc should be checked by fitter..

Delivery

All items offered for sale on this website can be delivered to UK mainland addresses including The Scottish Highlands and Islands , Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man , Channel Islands , and Northern Ireland . For a delivery quotation to all other areas not listed (e.g. exports) please contact our sales office by email sales@h2okayaks.com or telephone 01603 279161 and we will only be too happy to help. All goods must be checked and signed for on delivery by you or your agent unless sent by post or if a prior arrangement has been made to leave the goods without a signature. When you sign for goods received in good condition this is an acceptance that no damage has occurred so please check. No damaged products can be returned if you have signed to say goods received in good condition. If you arrange for goods to be left without signature H2o kayaks Ltd cannot accept responsibility that the goods arrived in good condition and are secure at delivery address. Delivery dates and timescales are not guaranteed and do not form part of a contract between us. We will endeavour to make every effort to deliver goods on time but delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.  H2o kayaks Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within an estimated timescale. H2o kayaks Ltd  will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. In the event of missing parts, damaged or incorrect orders, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Order Acknowledgements.

An email will be automatically sent when you place an order acknowledging your purchase and payment. This does not however constitute an acceptance of your order. Formal contractual agreements will be entered into when goods are dispatched or delivered to you, we reserve the right to decline all or part of your order for any reason.

Privacy

We will use all reasonable efforts to maintain your privacy at all times. Information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number and any other information about you or your business/organisation will only be used solely for the purposes for which it is intended.

Payment

We will take your payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch , UK Maestro, or PayPal at the time we process your order. If for what ever reason we are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you and a full refund will be given. H2o kayaks Ltd will take all possible precautions to ensure that your order and payment details are secure. All goods remain the property of  H2o kayaks Ltd will only pass to you on delivery of the product provided full payment has been received.

Prices

All prices listed on this website are in UK pounds sterling including value added tax at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are not included unless stated otherwise. The total cost of your order will be set out in your shopping basket / cart before you submit your order. This will be the price of the products that you have ordered and any applicable delivery charges. Products, prices and special offers are all subject to availability and these may change before you submit your order. Specification of listed products are subject to change without notice. Errors may sometimes occur and we will advise you accordingly and ask if you wish to continue with your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative.

Returns/Faulty Goods

H2o kayaks Ltd will only accept returns by prior arrangement. Notification must be made either by; phoning us on 01603 279411 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri or emailing us at info@h2o kayaks.com or writing to us at... The Yard,  Brampton Hall , Brampton , Norwich , Norfolk NR10 5HW Returned products must be complete, unused, and with the original box, packing and any accessories within 14 days.

Guarantee

We offer a manufactures guarantee on our boats/products.

What this covers is any manufacturers defects such as faulty hatches, silicone seals, cracked plastic hull not related to neglect, broken pad eyelets, and stretched or broken bungee cord. Should your product become faulty within a year of delivery, we will offer a prompt repair, or if a repair is not possible, we will arrange an exchange,transport costs either way are not covered.. This does not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy provided that the returned product is complete, unused, and with the original box, packing and any accessories and the cost of returning and delivery of the product is paid by the customer. This policy does not affect your legal rights. Products used in commercial applications are only  guaranteed for 6  months from date on invoice.

 Other General Conditions:

 H2o kayaks Ltd will at all times endeavour to verify the accuracy of all and any information on this website, however we cannot be responsible for colour and specification changes. All sizes and weights are rounded up or down to nearest measurement. We reserve the right to change specification and design at any time. You may not create any link to this website without our prior written agreement. Any contract between H2o kayaks Ltd resulting from a purchase on this website will be governed by the laws of England and will be subject to jurisdiction of an English court. All goods sold on this website are intended for private use. Any business use of our products will invalidate the guarantee cover unless the goods are knowingly sold to a business.

Canoeing and kayaking are assumed risk activities. H2o Kayaks Ltd, its employees, suppliers and sub contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death however caused. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the sufficient knowledge, skills and equipment for the activity they have chosen to partake in. Ensure you are familiar with all the relevant safety practices and procedures for your equipment and for the location in which you are using it.
